Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission Member Files Lawsuit

A sitting Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission member and her environmental attorney ally have filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against top agency brass, claiming they are victims of viewpoint discrimination and retaliation. The lawsuit alleges that the agency's director and deputy director have violated their First Amendment rights, and the plaintiffs are seeking a declaration that their rights have been violated, as well as compensatory and punitive damages.
